Wild Walk is the new, safe way to experience Northwest Trek’s central area. Walk the paths to see lumbering grizzlies, majestic bald eagles, playful otters, cougars, wolves and more.

Come reconnect with wildlife, and feel the wonder.

Take a walk on the wild side - safely.

Our new Wild Walk experience leads you along a path around our main exhibit area. Meet our bears, cats, canines, forest and wetland animals and birds – and stay safe, healthy and socially-distanced.

Tickets, times and more.

Tickets: Online tickets encouraged for everyone over 2. (No cash at the gate.) Members do not need tickets.
What to expect: Follow the instructions on your ticket to enter the park safely, then come meet our animals. You can stay as long as you like.
What to bring: Face coverings (required for everyone 5 and over), water bottle, your own stroller/wheelchair, credit/debit cards (no cash).

Animals, trams and more.

We’ve made some changes to keep everyone safe and healthy from Covid-19.

What you’ll see: Bears, cats, canines, wolverines, birds, forest and wetland animals. The Forest Cafe and Kids’ Trek playground are open.

What’s closed: Tram rides are temporarily unavailable. Zip Wild, the Cheney Discovery Center and the Baker Cabin are all temporarily closed.
