Use the form below to submit an online group reservation request form at least 21 days before your visit. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment must be received in our reservation office 14 days prior to your arrival date to allow for mailing of your tickets. You may pay by a single check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover transaction or single purchase order. If you use a purchase order, you will be billed immediately upon receipt. There are no refunds on prepaid tickets.
Northwest Trek requires at least one adult for every seven children for visiting youth groups. A penalty will be charged for groups not meeting this requirement.
All adult chaperones must be included in your final payment so that they will receive a ticket (wristband) to ride on your reserved tram.
Look for your confirmation letter and wristband tickets for your entire group in the mail, check it over and then you are set!
