• Maximum guests: 50
• Facility rental for up to 8 hours
• Set-up of tables/chairs

Picnic Meadow and Pavilion Wedding Package (available June – September)

• Maximum guests: 120
• Facility rental for 8 hours (from 4pm – midnight)
• Set-up of tables/chairs (for up to 120 guests): includes beautifully finished picnic tables, sweetheart or bridal tables, banquet tables
• Two “get ready” suites at the Hellyer Center
• Access to the Hellyer Center for pre-ceremony wedding photos like first look, bridal party photos, and family photos (limited to 36 guests)
• Ample, free parking for your guests
• On-site event coordinator
• Coordination of all set-up needs including transportation and vendor access
• Final walk-through with catering manager and event coordinator
• 60-minute rehearsal on a weekday prior to your wedding

This is a Winter Wedding package (available October-June).

Maximum guests: 25

Imagine saying your “I Do’s” in the cabin that overlooks our wolf enclosure. The cabin is cozy, heated, and rustic, and offers glimpses of our beautiful wolf pack.

Available time: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm (changes seasonally)

Available days: Daily, excluding holiday and event weekends

2023 Pricing: $1500

Includes park admission for up to 25 guests. This package must be combined with a catered reception or some other additional rental/program otherwise an after-hour fee of $250 will apply.

Private Keeper Adventure Tour – 90 minutes

Hop in our Keeper Adventure Tour Jeep and get closer than you’ve ever been to the animals at Northwest Trek Wildlife Park. You’ll get off the tram roads and get a keeper’s-eye-view of our animals.

• Up to 9 guests (including your photographer or officiant) – Free Roam Area
• Features a special stop at the Hellyer Center for photos. (The perfect proposal moment!)
• Limited availability – reservations required at least 30 days in advance
